The following is a list of weekend courses, day courses and special events at Kelmarsh and other locations.

If you book online we will confirm via e-mail or telephone. Please print out your confirmation and bring it with you to the course you are attending.
All payments for courses are non-refundable or transferable.

Introduction to Buddhism

About the course
Buddhism is a living philosophy that provides us with practical methods to enable the cultivation of inner peace and happiness.
This day course will give us an introduction to basic Buddhist views and practices, covering topics such as past and future lives, karma, the nature of the mind, and will also include traditional Buddhist meditation techniques.
Includes a vegetarian lunch.

Do you ever think there must be more to life than this? Need we accept such limited views of ourselves and the world around us?
This day course wil present a practical and ispiring guide on how to develop positive thoughts and actions in daily life in order to discover our true potential.
Includes a vegetarian lunch.

Travelling along the spiritual path means journeying towards inner peace, finding love and true happiness in our heart and sharing it with the people around us. On this day course Kadam Bridget will explain how to live a meaningful life in our modern times through finding spiritual guidance.
