The following is a list of weekend courses, day courses and special events at Kelmarsh and other locations.

If you book online we will confirm via e-mail or telephone. Please print out your confirmation and bring it with you to the course you are attending.
All payments for courses are non-refundable or transferable.

About the course
We all wish for security and happiness within ourselves. But often we are experiencing a lot of fear, insecurity and mental turbulence. We can simply strengthen our mind by improving our good qualities by a spiritual life. On this day course Kadam Bridget will grant Buddhist 'Refuge and Buddhist vows' and give a clear explanation on how to gain freedom from the fears and sufferings of our life.

An Introduction to Buddhism

About the course
Buddhism is a living philosophy that provides us with practical methods to enable the cultivation of inner peace and happiness.
This day course will give an introduction to basic Buddhist views and practices covering topics such as past and future lives, karma, the nature of the mind and will also include traditional buddhist meditation techniques.

A Simple Solution
Learning to live in Harmony

About the course
If we wish to achieve harmony in our relationships we need to understand that others are important, and that their happiness and freedom are important.
Discover during this weekend course simple solutions on how to view and cherish others in a way that will make your relationships stronger, more meaningful, enjoyable and bringing more harmony into your life.
