Whatever your job might be and whether you are an employee or an employer, the work place can be a very stressful and frustrating place.
On these courses we will look at simple meditation techniues and ways of thinking that help us to maintain a peaceful, positive mind at work, improve our working relationships and enjoy our job.
The course is particularly suitable for begineers and includes a two course vegetarian lunch.
